Anxo LORENZO is a virtuoso award-winning Galician piper who has toured extensively throughout the major European festival circuit, having featured in WOMAD, Cambridge Folk Festival, Celtic Connections, Festival Interceltique de Lorient, Ortigueira, Cork Folk Festival, William Kennedy Piping Festival, Achill harp Festival, to name a few.

His exceedingly high octane, mesmerizing performances have left audiences in euphoria, becoming a modern entry in the lore of many of these long established events. Reciprocally, he has been decorated with festival awards (the latest being the distinguished Folkherbst Award) and regularly features in official festival CD charts.
